It appears that holiday shopping will be a wee bit different this year. No big surprise there!
A recent survey found:
28% of consumers will start their holiday shopping earlier this year. Did you already start with the big online discount days last week?
Naturally, 46% are worried COVID will hinder their ability to shop and 41% want to avoid the large crowds.
So, you guessed it... 49% of consumers plan to do more shopping online this year.
52% of shoppers say they will purchase more gift cards than usual this year.
