Step Up for Stefanie’s Champions is THIS Saturday, April 21st!

This is a great event with both a four and one mile - walk/run. You can walk a mile right? :-)
It begins and ends at the Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center on 1145 Olentangy River Road.
You can register as an individual or even create a team! Visit go.osu.edu/stepup for more information and to register today! (If you see this late you can also register day of.)
All proceeds benefit the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research.

7:30 a.m. Participant Arrival Starts. (Parking map available HERE)
8:30 a.m. Speaking Program/Presentations of Champions
9:00 a.m. 4 mile run starts
9:30 a.m. 1 mile walk starts
9:30 a.m. Post Race Celebration/Expo
12 p.m. Event Concludes
*Over the last 16 years, Stefanie’s Champions has raised more than $1.7 million for the Spielman Fund.
If you're a cancer survivor, or the parent or guardian of a survivor younger than 18, you can nominate your Champion.
Things to consider:
- How has your Champion, without expectation of reward, helped, comforted, uplifted and supported you during your battle with cancer?
- How has your Champion made a lasting impression in your life?
- How has your Champion made sacrifices in his or her life in an effort to help you?
The award recipients are chosen by a nationwide selection committee annually, and Champion Award recipients are recognized at the Step Up for Stefanie's Champions Walk/Run annual event.
When nominating, share specific examples or stories that illustrate WHY YOUR Champion is deserving of this award.
