Chick-fil-A doesn’t change its menu very often but they have just added four new items to the fall menu. Some of these may stay permanently and others removed so you may want to try them while you can.

  • Chorizo Cheddar Egg Bites – these are currently being tested in Augusta, Georgia, Aiken, South Carolina., Columbus, Ohio, Norfolk and Portsmouth, Virginia, Miami, Florida, and New Orleans, Louisiana. And an order consists of four snack-sized bites made from eggs, sausage and a Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese blend. It’s a limited-time test and if it goes well they could go nationwide.
  • Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich – grilled marinated chicken in a spicy seasoning with Colby-Jack cheese, lettuce and tomato on a Multigrain Brioche bun. It was first introduced last year as a seasonal menu addition.
  • Autumn Spice Milkshake – this is the first new milkshake flavor to appear in four years but is only available until November 12. It has a cinnamon flavor with crunchy bits of brown sugar cookies and passed a test run last October with flying colors.
  • Upgraded Grilled Chicken Nuggets – these nuggets are ‘upgraded’ due to a mix up in the recipe which included a dairy allergen by mistake. All grilled chicken items are being upgraded due to the problem and the company says “we are actively working with the supplier so this doesn’t happen again and to ensure the allergen is removed.”
