Lori Loughlin's Jail Sentence Is A 'Nightmare' For Her Daughters

Lori Loughlin is currently serving a two month jail sentence for her involvement in the college admissions bribery scam. Shortly after Loughlin turned herself in, her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, followed suit and started his own five month prison sentence. According to a source close to the Fuller House actress, the couple's daughters, Isabella and Olivia Jade Gianulli, are apparently struggling with the situation.

"It's just a nightmare for them," the source dished to People. "They were very upset when they said goodbye to Lori. But to have both of their parents now in prison at the same time is very upsetting."

"They are beyond worried," the source continued. "They can't wait to have their mom home in December, though. They try to focus on this."

As for Loughlin, she also had a difficult time adjusting. “She was a little weepy on her first night there, but she pulled herself together quickly. She hasn’t had any specific problems. No one is bullying her," another source told the outlet.

"She’s using this time to focus on herself, but she’s also interested in hearing the stories of the other inmates,” the insider continued. “She realizes she’s no better and no worse than any of them. Lori is resolved to finish her sentence with her head held high.”

Loughlin is expected to be released by December 28. It's likely she'll be released a few days early and be reunited with her daughters by Christmas.
